This luxury condominium is one of a small number in the coveted “front-line” buildings at Kolea. There are no condominiums closer to the white sand beach at Anaeho’omahu Bay (A-Bay). A private key-operated elevator whisks you quietly up to this spacious unit. As soon as you pass through the double doors, you get a preview of the panoramic expanse of tropical landscaping and the crystal blue waters of A-Bay. The unit has the largest floor plan in Kolea which has been exquisitely decorated by Peggy Chesnut. There is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances for your convenience. There are three bedroom suites, each with TV and DVD player. A 42” plasma television and sound system is present for your enjoyment in the living room. Take a chilled bottle of wine from the wine cooler and pass through the 18’ doorway onto the comfortably furnished lanai. For your entertaining pleasure, there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink and refrigerator on the lanai. Settle into the plush chairs and enjoy a magnificent sunset while you sip your wine.
